insitutionalised or impersonal, yet featuring staff accommodation, communal
facilities, lift access to all floors,
Design e.g. renewable energy resources, thermal
and acoustic insulation, effortless heating, privacy of accommodation,
careful use and siting of patios and balconies, purpose-designed bathrooms
with 'wet-floors', low access showers, communal facilities, ease of maintenance
etc.
Running costs e.g. our client-group
are invariably on a fixed income, hence we strive to keep service charges
to the minimum, helped by the use of renewable energy and the latest technology
in thermal and acoustic insulation.
GUILD RETIREMENT schemes are currently under construction
