All  Guild schemes will offer a wide range of optional extra facilities that will be charged solely for as long as these are taken up. In that way, facilities can be taken up on a short-term basis (perhaps during illness or convalescence) or even while family may be on holiday. Each owner has an individual and personalised care-program that can be varied or updated whenever necessary.

The optional facilities will generally include;-

• A nutritious meal available each day in the Owners' dining room, or delivered to your apartment if preferred. This can be extended to include visiting friends and relations by prior arrangement.
• Extra domestic assistance each week
• Nursing and personal care (arranged with care agency)
• A range of fitments and modifications that can be readily incorporated in your apartment to make life that little bit easier
• Use of guest suite (including full linen/laundry service) for visiting friends and relations
